Introducing the new casual fine dining experience to Okotoks. With our Executive Chef being from and trained in Italy. We make it our mission and promise to bring you the authentic taste of Italy within walking distance! Our Chef makes it his promise to bring "okotokians" a taste of Italy with more than just the food. Appetizer

    Corrado’s Steak Bites

RFG Angus beef ends sautéed with white onion mushrooms and red wine demi glaze sauce. Served over crispy crostini

Calamari 

Calamari buttermilk soaked, tossed in herb flour four and fried crisp. Served with marinara sauce

Sausage and Meatballs

House made Italian sausage and meatballs sautéed with white onion, pomodoro sauce and mushrooms, served over crostini bread

Lumache

Escargot sauteed with white onion, mushrooms, garlic, chopped basil, cream. Served over baguette

Tomato Bruschetta 

Roma tomatoes, fresh garlic, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil, on fresh toasted bread

Shrimp Martini 

Four black tiger shrimp sautéed with garlic butter. Served over a bed of spaghetti alfredo

House made fennel Italian sausage baked and finished in a three mustard cream sauce. Served over Baguette
